Hurricane Season

Okay, I finally did it. I started a blog. We will see how many people even care. No, I really just started it to keep track of life itself. Well as some of you know, Cliff left for Louisiana 9/1 to do hurricane clean up. It is determined that being a single mother of four is NOT easy! Okay, Sid, Cait, and Sammy are all in school so that helps. I just have Davis at home, a business and home to run. Not too bad right?!? Actually, we are very excited for this opportunity. We are lucky enough to have an 'IN' in which we will receive work. YEA! We are hoping that this will be a new beginning for us. Cliff hasn't begun working yet. Everyone was evacuated before the last hurricane hit and there is Hurriccane Ike on the way. So, if any home owners come back into town, they will be forced to leave again middle of next week. Hurricane Ike is supossed to make land fall end of next week. We shall see. If that is the case then Cliff will be evacuated along with everyone else. Right now he is just hangin out and meeting more people. He calls a lot and tells me about the people there and the destruction. Luckily, he will be with his best friend Ladell. I'm sure that I will have lots of great stories to share when he gets there. They are crazy.
