Hiking with Grandpa 3/09

We decided to go hiking with my dad across the street from his house. It was a beautiful day. Just the right temperature. The kids had a blast. We had a Riley with us. Of course we posed them tons and took lots of pictures. We also saw deer while we were out there. Hiking in the desert and we ran into deer and no rattlers. Weird! We will be sad when dad moves and we can't just walk across the street to go hiking. Sid - 9, Cait - 7, Sammy - 5, Davis - 3.

Sid's Pinewood Derby 3-09

As you can all see EVERYONE had a great time. Sid did really well. He designed, sanded, and painted his own car this year. He had a ton of fun doing it. Cliff cut the car out for him and then helped him with the wheels. Sid had a fast car this year as well as last year. His car was named the SIDSTER and was awarded the award for the most arrow dynamic car. The little kids also loved the excitement. Pinewood Derby can get interesting with a ward as competitive as ours.

Daddys' Boy!!

Sammy is the biggest daddys' boy. It doesn't usually matter where Cliff is or what he is doing, Sammy is somewhere close by. This is Cliff and Sammy watching crashes and who knows what else on U Tube. They were in the office just laughing. Sammy loves his Daddy!

Cliffs BIG Christmas Gift

For Christmas My dad got himself, Jeremy, Cliff, Willy, Cory and Justin passes to the drags. Not only did they get to watch the races up close, but they got pit passes. I am still jealous! Cliff loved it. He had a blast. They went in February and had a great time, although the pictures don't really look like it!!! I'm sure it was REALLY Loud! Right?!? Oh, and love the head piece dad.

Blue and Gold Banquet 1/09

The pictures say it all. We go to get awards, play games and eat. Gotta love it.
